At Help Educate, we began with a deep commitment to transforming education for children with special educational needs (SEN). We’ve built strong partnerships with schools focused on inclusive, therapeutic learning environments. Many of these schools offer residential care, supporting pupils beyond the classroom. These young people need consistent, compassionate care outside of school hours.
Recruiting skilled, dedicated care staff became a growing challenge. This led us to expand our mission. We saw that the skills, values, and standards needed in therapeutic education settings closely match those in residential children’s homes. Both require professionals who are qualified, empathetic, trauma-informed, and committed to safeguarding.
We now support residential homes in finding exceptional Support Workers, Senior Support Workers, Deputy Managers, and Registered Managers. We apply the same rigorous vetting, personalised matching, and client-focused approach we’ve built in education. We understand the unique challenges of working with vulnerable young people. Every placement is carefully matched to ensure it’s the right fit.
Our goal is more than filling roles—it’s about making a lasting difference. By bridging education and social care, we help create a more integrated, compassionate support system. When every child is seen, supported, and cared for, everyone wins.
